About these terms
These terms govern use of www.elinarc.com and its editorial material. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The website is operated by Nexum House Ltd, trading as ELIN. Nexum House Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17299788. Its registered office is 66 Paul Street, London, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NA. Contact: hello@elinarc.com.
What the website is
ELIN publishes cultural and editorial work and describes selected cultural-intelligence services. Website material is general information and editorial opinion. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax or other regulated professional advice, and it is not an offer or recommendation to buy, sell or finance an investment.
A Cultural Position Review or other commission is governed only by a separate written proposal, Statement of Work and contract with Nexum House Ltd. Nothing on this website by itself creates a client relationship, duty of care, partnership, agency, employment relationship or obligation to accept a commission.
Accuracy and editorial changes
We work to the standards stated in our Editorial Standards & Corrections policy. Cultural analysis involves judgment and may change as evidence or events develop. We may correct, clarify, update, withdraw or archive material. Publication date and any material correction should be identified where appropriate.
