Accessibility Statement

Effective date: 11 August 2026 Last reviewed: 10 August 2026

ELIN wants its editorial work and information about its services to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including disabled people and people using assistive technologies.

Our approach

We are designing and testing the website with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the working standard. This includes attention to:

  • keyboard navigation and visible focus;
  • readable colour contrast and type sizing;
  • reflow and zoom without loss of content;
  • reduced-motion preferences;
  • meaningful page structure and headings;
  • text alternatives for meaningful images;
  • captions or transcripts for recorded material where appropriate; and
  • clear labels, instructions and error messages for forms.

We do not currently claim that every page fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA. The redesigned site received pre-launch keyboard, mobile and structural testing; automated and assistive-technology testing continues.

Alternative formats and adjustments

If you cannot access information or need a reasonable adjustment or alternative format, email hello@elinarc.com with the subject Accessibility. Please tell us the page, the problem and the format or adjustment that would help. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Reporting a problem

We welcome specific reports about keyboard access, focus, contrast, text size, motion, image descriptions, captions or form use. We will assess the issue, explain what we can do and record material fixes in the site's change log.

Review

We review this statement after material design or platform changes and at least annually. It will be updated with the date, scope and known limitations of any further audit.
